Liability for content

The content of our pages is created with the greatest care. However, we are unable to guarantee that the content is correct, complete and up to date. As a service provider, under § 7 para. 1 TMG, we are responsible for our own content on these pages according to general laws. Under §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, as a service provider, we are not required to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances which indicate illegal activity. This does not affect obligations to remove or block the use of information according to general laws. However, such liability only applies once we are aware of a concrete breach. Upon awareness of such a breach, we will immediately remove such content.

Liability for links

Our offer includes links to third-party websites over which we have no control. We can therefore accept no liability for this external content. The provider or operator of the linked page is responsible for the relevant content. The linked pages were checked for possible breaches at the time of linking. No illegal content was found at the time of linking. However, no permanent monitoring of the content of a linked page is reasonable without specific evidence of a breach. Upon awareness of such a breach, we will immediately remove such links.

Copyright

The content and works on these pages are protected under German copyright. Duplication, modification, dissemination and exploitation of any type beyond the limits of copyright law require the written authorisation of the author and/or creator. Downloads and copies of this page may only be made for private non-commercial use. Insofar as the content of this page was not created by the operator, third-party copyrights have been observed. Third-party content has been marked as such. However, if you do become aware of a breach of copyright law, we ask that you inform us accordingly. Upon awareness of such a breach, we will immediately remove such content.

Data protection

It is generally possible to use our website without providing any personal data. Where personal data are collected on our site (e.g. name, address or email), this is done on a voluntary basis to the furthest extent possible. These data will not be transmitted to third parties without your express authorisation.

We would like to point out that the transmission of data via the Internet (e.g. email communication) may involve security flaws. Complete protection of data from access by third parties is not possible.

The use of contact data provided in the context of company information by third parties for the transmission of advertising and information material which has not been expressly requested is hereby explicitly prohibited. The operator of the site reserves the right to begin legal proceedings in the event of the unsolicited transmission of advertising information, e.g. in the form of spam email.

Data protection statement for the use of Facebook plug-ins (Like button)

Our sites include plug-ins to the social network Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. The Facebook plug-ins are recognisable by the Facebook logo or the “Like button” (“Gefällt mir”) on our site. A summary of the Facebook plug-ins can be found here: developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/.

When you visit our sites, the plug-in will create a direct connection between your browser and the Facebook server. Facebook will then receive the information that you have visited our site via your IP address. If you click the Facebook “Like button” when you are logged onto your Facebook account, you can link the contents of our sites on your Facebook profile. Facebook can then attribute your visit to your user account. We would like to point out that as the provider of the sites, we receive no information about the content of the data supplied or their use by Facebook. More information on this can be found in the Facebook data protection statement at de-de.facebook.com/policy.php.

If you do not wish Facebook to be able to attribute your visit to our sites to your Facebook user account, please log out from your Facebook user account.

Google Analytics uses “cookies”, text files which are stored on your computer and which allow an analysis of your use of the website. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of this website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide additional services in connection with website and Internet use for the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics will not be linked with other Google data.
